"Jobs an attitudes in Tourism and Travel"

Waiter / Waitress

The waiter job is not a easy work, because that persons who have this job must be proactives and have a great physical condition and mental contidition, they are all day standing up, walking around the restaurant, talking with many peaople, dealing with people who probably had a bad day.

The Waitress must have an execptional appearence to show a clean image by them, but this isn´t the only attribute that they must have, also they have a nice body language to the clientes interpreter good things and not bad things, they have to  know how to behave opposite the clients, not doing sounds like a snuffing or yawning, as well they must know how to talk with clients, they have to be kind and helpful.  

But at the end of the day, if He or She knows how to do them work, they will have a lot of money by tips, a lot of experience by deal with different peple, nice recomendation by clients, and maybe if they have good performance, they will probably receive an ascent position in them job.


Head Chef

This is a job where the Head Chef have all responsabilty by kitchen employeers, if a thing goes wrong, He takes the responsability, even if He didn´t, because He wasn't put attention.
This job have many responsabilities but if you like the gastronomy and be supervisor, probably this job is for you!

Head Chef is a kitchen manager



Manager

Managers is on the top of ladder of the jobs for the employeers, more than be a boss whith the employeers, you must be a leader, I don't know, how are people who are managers? but they don't know how to do some jobs like a waitress or dishwasher,these so-called managers don't must be there.

A Manager duties, it is be a leader who knows all about the jobs that is under his job.
They have to give correct instructions to the employeers, He must know which does in many situations like in a bad sales season in a Hotel, If I will be a manager, I'll probably do some things to try attract people, I would do events, buffetes, pool parties and stuff.
Manager should be prepare psychologically to take difficult decitions and no mistakes.

I think I would like to work as a Manager
